My Story
I didn’t build Keystone because I wanted to start a software company. I built it because I was tired of seeing good operators get fined for trying their best, and an exodus of irreplaceable drivers and business owners leaving the industry out of sheer frustration.
I have been a public passenger transport driver for over 26 years, evolving from behind the wheel to becoming an owner-driver and eventually a fleet operator. I have lived the daily reality of this industry.
Throughout my career, I experienced firsthand the disconnect between the rulebook and the road. I, myself, have been on the receiving end of fines from regulatory frameworks that demand strict adherence to the law but offer little assistance to the time-poor and resource-poor operators trying to comply with it.
Keystone Compliance Systems was born from frustration. It came from real interactions with regulator inspectors who would simply read the black-and-white letter of the law and write fines if they didn’t see it being applied perfectly—regardless of the operational context.
I realised that something had to be done. We didn't need another damn checklist; we needed a shield. A silent 24/7 never-ending business tool that protects the owners, the drivers and the support personnel. A fortress that protects our priceless business information and the drivers from accidentally revealing it. A titanium ribcage around the most sensitive parts of our business and our liabilities as owners.
I am proud to be providing a solution while imparting my decades of experience and hard-won knowledge into a system that finally helps us level the playing field, and partnering with operators who want to focus confidently on their core business.
